Scheduling a QB workout

This time of year is crazy! It seems like each year gets busier than the last. Im reminded of this as my wife & I try to navigate the club volleyball world with our own kids (on top of all the coaching that we both do). I want to make sure that Im available to meet your training needs and that there is good communication on my part to make scheduling as easy as possible. With that in mind, Ive started using this app as a way to plan ahead and give you an idea of what’s on the horizon. The calendar will you give you some idea of when and where I’ll be training next.

There are 3 basic ways to schedule QB workouts with me:
1. Respond to the group texts that I send out. Through these texts/responses I build out a training schedule based on who is available. Usually, times are finalized on Wednesday or Thursday. Will schedule small group & private training this way.

2. Contact me with dates you are interested in. As you plan out your calendar, if you have specific dates in mind you can always request those and I will do my best to make it happen. This is a great way to schedule private training.

3. Look at my calendar on this app and request future training based on the events I’ve posted. Also a great way to request private training.
